Michael Jackson’s: This Is It
The fat lady has yet to sing, and will probably never hit a note in regards to Michael Jackson and the legacy of greatness he will leave behind. As a true Mike Jack fan, this film could have shown the King walking around doing nothing and I probably would have appreciated, but it delivers big time. With an insightful picture of the intricacies of a major stage production, non-fanatics will appreciate this documentary just as much as the fans will. This is definitely a film worth paying ridiculous ticket prices for.

Their Eyes Were Watching God By: Zora Neal Hurston
This timeless classic is a true testament that Miss Hurston came long before her time. The ideals, emotions, and views of love and the different needs of men and women are accurate and relevant to the current time. Follow Janie as she looks for love and is forced to settle until she finds her true love. Definitely a book worth investing in.

‘Empire State of Mind’ – Jay-Z featuring Alicia Keys
The track is hot with the Billy Joel sample, Jay’s flows won’t let you down and paint a beautiful and true picture of New York, while Alicia’s voice blends and makes you feel the whole vibe of the song. With the Yankees on track to win the world series I think even out of state folks have an ‘Empire State of Mind’ right now.
